In case of any size alterations (which will be chargeable as per actuals), the merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the merchandise to us is your responsibility.
Please note that we are unable to accept for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.
Nesolo is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Nesolo does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event if return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive any item that is not in the perfect condition please contact customer service immediately.
